Planning for our future as housing co-ops begins and ends with the values we all share. With this in mind, CHF Canada and CHF BC have developed the 2020 Compass. The 2020 Compass is a tool your co-op can use, with the help of a trained facilitator, to develop a mission and vision based on our common co-op housing values.

Through your local federation or CHF Canada, you can find a 2020 Compass facilitator who will come to your co-op and help you take the steps to agree on a mission and vision that’s right for your co-op. The Compass is a very inclusive process that engages your co-op’s members, no just the leadership, in deciding on the mission and vision that matter to you, now and for the future.
