Planning for our future as housing co‑ops begins and ends with the values we all share. With this in mind, CHF Canada and CHF BC have developed the 2020 Compass. The 2020 Compass is a tool your co‑op can use to meet one of the 2020 Standards, developing a mission and vision based on our common co‑op housing values.

Through your local federation or CHF Canada, you can find a 2020 Compass facilitator who will come to your co‑op and help you take the steps to agree on a mission and vision that’s right for your co‑op. The Compass is a very inclusive process that engages your co‑op’s members, not just the leadership, in deciding on the mission and vision that matter to you, now and for the future.
