Pre-AGM meetings across Canada
Each year before the annual meeting, we organize special regional meetings of co-op delegates. These gatherings give you an opportunity to preview the annual meeting resolutions, find out more about candidates for election, meet other delegates from your area, and get a run-down of the annual meeting schedule.
The meetings take place in April and May before the AGM. You can find the dates and locations of regional meetings here.
Regional caucuses at the AGM
At the annual meeting, the delegates from each region hold a regional caucus where the delegates can discuss matters of particular regional interest, including resolutions and elections. These regional caucuses will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon, June 11. The Ontario members’ meeting, held at the same time on Friday afternoon, serves as the regional caucus for Ontario delegates.
