Elections at CHF Canada’s 2010 AGM

Four candidates for two at-large positions on the board prepare to make their speeches at the Meet the Candidates session the day before the national business meeting.

CHF Canada seeks candidates every year to run for the Board and Ontario Council. CHF Canada has a 16-person Board of Directors with one director from each province, one representing the Aboriginal community, and five elected at large. Directors serve two-year terms and elections are held each year for half the Board. Some regions have chosen to hold regional director elections in the region; others are conducted at the annual meeting.
