After the regional federation closed in 2004, CHF Canada opened its Southwestern Ontario office in 2005 to provide services to CHF Canada members in the area.

Southwestern Ontario co-ops are now discussing a local dues levy to support the continued delivery of local services.
CHF Canada members served by the regional office include housing co-ops in the areas of London, Windsor and other communities in Southwestern Ontario, as well as CASO, an organization of co-op staff in the area.
