2008 Audited Financial Statements

WE RESOLVE THAT the audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2008 be received.

Appointment of Auditors

WE RESOLVE THAT the firm Marcil Lavallée be appointed external auditors of the Co‑operative Housing Federation of Canada to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting.

2009 Budgets

WE RESOLVE THAT the 2009 budgets for National Operations and the National Endowment Fund, as finalized by the Board of Directors, be received.

2010 Budgets

WE RESOLVE THAT the preliminary budgets for National Operations and the National Endowment Fund for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2010 be received.

2010 Schedule of Dues

WE RESOLVE THAT the attached schedule of member and associate dues rates for 2010 be adopted.

1% of revenue from the development of federally funded housing co‑ops – $293 per year minimum (up from $285 in 2009)

Sponsoring Organizations
$936 per year (up from $912 in 2009)

All Other Voting Members
$293 per year (up from $285 in 2009)

$293 per year (up from $285 in 2009)

Individual
$109 per year (up from $106 in 2009)
